Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

Platform Services

TruckTalk provides an AI-powered logistics management platform including but not limited to: fleet management, route optimization, dispatch automation, communication tools, analytics, and related services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with reasonable notice.

Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or enhance our platform and services at any time. Some updates may require your acceptance of updated terms before you can continue using the services.

Beta Features

We may offer beta or experimental features. These features are provided 'as is' and may not function as intended. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue beta features at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TruckTalk only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the platform to transmit any harmful, illegal, or unauthorized content.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) attempt unauthorized access to our systems; (e) interfere with other users' access; (f) use the platform for fraudulent purposes; (g) scrape or copy content without permission.

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all data you input into the platform is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. We are not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate data provided by you.

Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable transportation, safety, and employment laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. TruckTalk does not provide legal or compliance advice.

Subscription Plans

TruckTalk offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers. Current pricing is available on our pricing page and may be modified with 30 days' notice.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Late Payments

If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge late fees or interest on overdue amounts as permitted by law.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after we provide at least 30 days' notice.

Platform Ownership

TruckTalk and all related content, features, functionality, and intellectual property are owned by Erzy Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide our services.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
